Zoe Tay and fellow actors brought nasi briyani to foreign workers

Joining her to spread some Deepavali joy were Desmond Tan, Elvin Ng and Zhang Zetong, who dropped past four dormitories on Sunday (Nov 15).

The downpour over the Deepavali weekend did nothing to dampen the festive mood, or Zoe Tay and her young man actors' effects to bring joy to iv foreign workers' dormitories on Sunday morn (Nov fifteen).

Joining her were Desmond Tan, Elvin Ng and Zhang Zetong, who were all masked upwards and ready to be delivery men for the twenty-four hours.

In add-on to bringing the workers over 1,000 packets of nasi briyani, The Celebrity Bureau-led initiative too managed to raise S$6,000 for them, said a spokesperson.

This is one of the ongoing community activities The Celebrity Agency organises to engage the artistes to help those in need.

"We donated over grand Nasi Briyani lunch boxes, forth with some fruits and sweet treats to the workers this Deepavali weekend," The Celebrity Agency posted on Instagram.

"Thanks to anybody in @the_celebrityagency who donated, and too #AgapeConnectingPeople for facilitating this meaningful drive"

But that wasn't the end of the food gifts. The Celebrity Agency also arranged for more fruits and snacks – well, make that a lot more – for delivery to the dormitories on Monday.
